Four documents. Three of them you accept before the social features switch on; the privacy notice you are simply told. All four are readable without an account, on purpose — as is the note below them on deleting your account, which is the page you are most likely to need when you cannot sign in.

Why there are four
The terms are the contract: who can have an account, what is free, what premium buys, and the fact that cards are not money.
The privacy notice is the one worth reading even if you read nothing else, because the section on location explains what actually happens to a coordinate when it leaves your account. It does not leave unchanged.
The community rules lead with wildlife rather than with harassment, because on a service that shares bird locations the rules that matter most are the ones about birds. Disturbing a Schedule 1 bird at the nest is a criminal offence, and it can be committed by publishing a location without going anywhere near it.
The trading rules are separate from the terms deliberately. They are the document that says there is no money, no resale value and no cash-out, and they are the first thing an app store reviewer asks for.
